Nearly 36,000 young people are about to discover Europe with a free ticket

The Commission announced that 35,762 18-year-olds will receive a ticket to explore the continent’s diversity, discover its cultural heritage and history and meet young people across Europe. This initiative is part of DiscoverEU, launched in 2018, which offers young travellers the opportunity to discover Europe alone or in groups of up to five people, mainly by train.
